Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Manager to oversee our credit operations and ensure the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of credit policies, financial concepts, and customer service principles. As the Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts while protecting the company's financial assets

As the Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts while protecting the company's financial assets
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and enhance cash flow
- Assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients using financial data analysis
- Collaborate with sales and operations leadership to establish credit limits for clients
- Generate and send invoices and statements to customers
- Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments
- Resolve disputes and negotiate payment arrangements with customers
- Initiate collections effort when necessary - including small claims
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions using our accounting software and process payments through system
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding their accounts and resolving any issues that arise
- Prepare regular reports on the status of AR and present findings to management
- Conduct periodic reviews of credit policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- General data entry and maintenance
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Ability to problem solve without constant supervision
- Ability to effectively work with sales and operations teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in computer programs such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting software – the right candidate will be trained on Q Floor software

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Allied Flooring and Paint is a growing company that currently operates 3 flooring locations and a Kitchen/Bath Cabinet and Countertops design center. We are looking to add to our team in our East Longmeadow flooring showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience for our customers and consulting them on the best choices of flooring products for their application. The position will focus primarily on residential retail customers but could also involve contractors, builders, remodelers and light commercial projects as well.
**The competitive compensation package is made up of a base pay and and un-capped commission structure.
Duties:
Consult with our customers to make the process as easy as possible and the end result something that they love. The position would be responsible for the sales process from start to finish; presenting products to customers, scheduling measures/inspections with our measure techs, writing up the sales quotes, presenting quotes to customers, scheduling the installation of the products and following up with our customers to ensure they love it. There are several internal support positions that will also assist in some of this process.
Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by keeping the showroom clean and organizing displays
Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell items
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
Sales and customer service experience is a plus. Industry product and process knowledge is a plus but our team and manufacturing/distribution partners are ready to train the right person with the knowledge to understand the best flooring solutions for our customers.

- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions
